The WELL Building Standard is revolutionizing the way people think about buildings. As a performance-based system, every WELL project is verified through on-site, post-occupancy testing of building performance by WELL Performance Testing Organizations that employ GBCI-trained WELL Performance Testing Agents. Performance Verification is a key differentiator of WELL compared to many building rating systems.

BranchPattern is an approved WELL Performance Testing Organization through the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).  Our team provides WELL Performance Testing services, supported by a multidisciplinary team of WELL APs who will quickly and accurately assess projects, work with GBCI reviewers, and help your projects achieve WELL v2 Certification goals.
