New Los Angeles Office at LACI

‍Los Angeles, California – (August 5, 2025) – BranchPattern, a nationally recognized sustainability and engineering firm, has officially opened a new office at the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI) on the La Kretz Innovation Campus (LKIC) in downtown Los Angeles. The move marks a significant milestone in the firm’s evolution, strengthening its roots in California and reinforcing its commitment to driving environmental progress, equity, and innovation in the built environment. The new location deepens BranchPattern’s long-standing presence in the state and connects the firm to a vibrant hub for clean energy and climate innovation.

A Natural Evolution for a Firm with Deep California Roots

With more than 20 years of experience working on nearly 100 projects across California, and the recent addition of California-based Jennifer Berthelot-Jelovic (JBJ) and A SustainAble Production (ASAP), BranchPattern’s expanded presence in Los Angeles reflects both growth and continuity. The new office enables the firm to better serve existing and new clients, while investing more deeply in local partnerships that support national and international impact.

Why LACI: A Mission-Aligned Move

Located at LACI, the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator, the new office places BranchPattern at the center of a dynamic, mission-driven ecosystem focused on clean energy, inclusive economic development, and wellness innovation. The campus also houses the headquarters of the U.S. Green Building Council California. Aligning with BranchPattern's people-centered focus, LKIC is WELL Gold certified, the first public building in Los Angeles to achieve this distinction. The certification effort was led by JBJ prior to joining BranchPattern as Client Development Director. The campus also holds LEED Platinum certification, with consulting led by Buro Happold.
