As a proud employee-owned (ESOP) company, we are
equally invested in our team and our clients. We strive to create a community culture that permeates every partnership. The team brings the same sense of ownership, passion, and excitement to projects that our founding partners Ravi Maniktala, Debbie Swanson, Ray Cederdahl, John Eller and Fred Epp brought to the passive-solar home that first united them in the 1970s. As we grow, our organization must continue contributing to a more socially just and equitable world. That’s one of the reasons we became proud members of the Just Program, which serves as a “nutrition label” for organizations committed to increased transparency, social justice, and equity.
