First U.S. LEED v5 O+M Platinum

This webinar focuses on the certification process, lessons learned, and insights gained from BranchPattern’s recent LEED v5 O+M Beta certification of their Omaha Nebraska office. As the first LEED v5 O+M Platinum certification in the U.S., we are excited to share our firsthand experience in test-driving LEED v5 and show how the certification aligned with parallel internal sustainability, decarbonization, equity, and operational efforts occurring at BranchPattern. A broad overview of LEED v5 rollout and the importance of the Beta program is presented by USGBC staff, and we talk through project-specific existing building opportunities, challenges and outcomes using our previously-certified Omaha office (BD+C v3 Platinum, in 2009). Attendees will walk away with a greater understanding of LEED v5, O+M-specifics, and take away tangible examples of how LEED can be implemented and bring value to existing buildings and company operations.
