Abhinav Pandey is a Principal, Practice Lead, and Electrical Engineer at BranchPattern, where he manages projects and mentors his team to ensure high-quality outcomes and innovative solutions. His work philosophy is rooted in BranchPattern's "People First" and "Human Centered" approach, which he extends beyond consulting to define how they operate and interact. Abhinav's professional journey includes over 12 years of experience working alongside the Defense Health Agency (DHA), where he has been instrumental in building and renovating healthcare spaces for the Armed Forces.

Specializing in electrical engineering and renewable energy systems for the built environment, he is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), a Legacy LEED AP, and notably, the first Certified Renewable Energy Professional (REP) in the state of Kansas.

Outside of his professional achievements, Abhinav enjoys cooking and experimenting with fusion cuisines, even if his family sometimes offers mixed reviews.
