Her knack for organization and natural ability to anticipate needs help streamline complex processes and make life easier for those around her. For Jenna, it’s all about enabling the team to work smarter and focus on the big picture.

One of her proudest accomplishments has been digging into legacy contracts to help bring the LEED Volume program into a cleaner, more organized system. Passionate about refining processes, Jenna is always looking for new ways to boost efficiency and clarity. Outside of work, she volunteers weekly with youth at her church, extending her commitment to support and structure beyond the office.
