Michele Davis is a Project Coordinator at BranchPattern, where she helps keep projects moving by supporting review teams, coordinating critical processes, and ensuring deadlines stay on track. Known for her responsiveness and reliability, Michele thrives behind the scenes, creating the structure and organization that allows project teams to focus on delivering exceptional results for clients. 

With a talent for streamlining administrative workflows and solving problems quickly, Michele has become a trusted resource across the firm. She is especially proud of successfully taking ownership of the Construction Administration (CA) process, building an efficient system that has become a dependable foundation for her teammates and freed them to focus on other priorities. Whether expediting requests or helping navigate day-to-day challenges, she enjoys being the person colleagues can count on when they need support. 

Driven by a commitment to service, Michele strives to exceed the expectations of both coworkers and clients through responsiveness, collaboration, and continuous improvement. She is passionate about making work easier for those around her and believes that strong operational support plays a vital role in every successful project.

Outside of work, Michele loves spending time outdoors with a good book, a great playlist, and her partner and kids. She also enjoys exploring locally owned businesses around Northwest Arkansas, especially those that celebrate and uplift the LGBTQIA+ community.
