Nijin Varghese is a Project Manager at BranchPattern, where he helps clients achieve their sustainability goals through LEED and WELL consulting, project coordination, and collaborative team leadership. Specializing in LEED Volume projects, he manages certification documentation, facilitates communication between stakeholders, and works closely with project teams to deliver efficient, high-performance buildings that create lasting value.
With a background in civil engineering and a broad understanding of multiple engineering disciplines, Nijin brings a well-rounded perspective to every project. He is passionate about helping clients understand that sustainable design is not only beneficial for the environment, but also a smart business decision that can improve operational performance and long-term value. Known for his open-minded approach and ability to understand client needs, he enjoys building strong relationships while guiding teams through the certification process with clarity and confidence.
A LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, OSHA 10-Hour certified professional, and graduate of the Global Leadership Institute's LEAD360 program, Nijin is committed to helping clients create buildings that support both environmental performance and human well-being. His expertise across sustainability, wellness, and engineering allows him to develop practical, integrated strategies that deliver meaningful outcomes for owners, occupants, and communities.
Outside of work, Nijin volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and has a lifelong passion for music and the performing arts. An accomplished keyboard player who has performed in concerts and church ensembles, he also enjoys comedy and acting.
