For Ricky, whether troubleshooting an issue or finding the perfect beat, it’s all about uplifting others and creating joyful moments. He believes that with a little rhythm and the right attitude, any obstacle can be overcome. When he’s not at his desk or on the dance floor, Ricky gives back to his community through volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity KC and Women Build Kansas City, always striving to make a positive impact.
