With a passion for learning and a keen attention to detail, Shae manages certification projects from strategy through documentation, ensuring each project is positioned for success. She has helped clients exceed their original sustainability goals, including leading projects that achieved LEED Gold certification beyond their initial targets and helping establish a pathway to LEED Platinum for a groundbreaking development. She enjoys working closely with multidisciplinary teams to turn complex sustainability requirements into practical, achievable solutions.
At BranchPattern, Shae is known for her collaborative approach and genuine enthusiasm for helping others succeed. She is inspired by the opportunity to work alongside teammates who share a commitment to creating healthier, more sustainable built environments and believes that the best outcomes come from strong partnerships and shared purpose.
Outside of her professional work, Shae serves on the board of The Precious Legacy, a nonprofit that creates meaningful connections for young adults whose parents died while serving in the U.S. military. She is also an accomplished violinist and performs with a community symphony in the Kansas City area, bringing the same discipline, creativity, and collaboration to music that she brings to every project.
